After filling out Statefarm’s required forms, I learned Ms. Bond shared them (and my personal info) with another beneficiary, stating they were missing some info. I was never contacted directly even though they’d had my form for 4 months by that time. I tried for weeks to get in touch with her on how to get her the missing info and didn’t receive a single response. Highly unprofessional both to share personal info and also not respond to any communications."

The only way you can get them on the phone is to call through cooperate but they’ll blow your phone up to upsell you. Finally switched agents."
